论转型期基层统一战线在扩大公民有序政治参与中的作用

随着我国经济社会结构的转型不断深化,基层统一战线内部构成发生深刻变化,统战对象和领域都大量增加。基层统一战线是扩大公民有序政治参与的重要体现,但当前我国公民在政治参与方面还存在一些问题。转型期要利用基层统一战线的特点和优势,在进一步扩大公民有序政治参与主体、提供公民有序政治参与制度保障、营造公民有序政治参与的良好环境、取得民主监督成效等方面发挥作用。  相似文献

农户参与农村人居环境整治的意愿与行为是农村环境改善最为直接的动力,也是实现农村生态宜居和生态文明制度改革细则出台的重要依据。为细致探究农户参与农村人居环境整治的意愿与行为,本文基于社会规范和社会监督的视角,利用西藏707户调查数据,运用广义连续比模型,通过对样本数据分组,综合分析了农户人居环境整治参与意愿、行为及意愿与行为一致性的影响因素。结果显示：①农户具有参与农村人居环境整治意愿的占比略超过一半（51.77%）,但参与意愿与行为一致性较差;②邻居参与积极性、保洁员监督、村庄人居环境改善能减少疾病传播等因素对农户参与意愿与行为均产生显著的积极影响;③农户的文化程度、村民监督及政府宣传有利于农户参与意愿向参与行为转化。本文的研究结论支持了农村人居环境整治中政府主导、农户参与的整治模式,对推进农村人居环境整治具有一定的政策启示,同时对政府出台农村环境管理政策亦有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献   

乡村生态转型中知识和社区的作用——以江苏句容市陈庄为例

乡村生态转型旨在保护乡村资源环境的同时,实现自然资源及生态服务的经济价值,以达到自然生态与经济社会共赢,是乡村功能认识回归和生态文明建设背景下乡村农业生产和生态维育功能重新得到重视等外在因素,以及乡村生态资源丰富和村民发展诉求强烈等内在驱动共同作用的结果,为地处生态敏感区的传统农业村落实现振兴和可持续发展提供了可行途径。基于生态现代化理论与生态经济发展特质,本文从要素投入和参与主体两方面探讨了乡村生态转型的可能路径,提出乡村生态转型需要从依靠资本转向依靠知识投入,结合政府、社区等主体在乡村知识投入与应用中的行为及作用特点,提出乡村生态转型的知识投入更适合采取社区参与的方式。最后,结合江苏省句容市茅山风景区陈庄村的生态转型实践,对乡村生态转型的知识投入和社区参与策略及其效应进行分析。研究有助于深化对乡村生态转型必要性及其路径的理论认识,并为乡村发展的生态化实践提供一定经验借鉴和路径参考。  相似文献   

北京居民体育参与影响因素研究

主要通过问卷调查方法系统研究了北京居民体育参与现状和其影响因素。研究结果为：北京市民体育参与率比较高，但是参与的质量不高，经常锻炼人数比例不高；居民体育参与程度和家庭健身氛围、家人对体育参与的支持、对健身的重要性的认识以及对健身知识的掌握程度成正相关，而受教育程度以及收入均和体育参与成负相关。  相似文献

Pupil participation and the home–school relationship

Schools are required to develop policies and practices in line with the principles of both partnership with parents and pupil participation. However, there is increasing recognition of the potential tensions that may exist between these two principles. This paper reports on a study that aimed to explore the question of how schools might develop their home–school relationships in ways that enhance rather than constrain pupil participation. It focuses on the perspectives of children aged 6 to 16 years (with and without special educational needs), parents and teachers concerning children's involvement in decision-making at home and at school, and their participation within the home–school relationship. The findings highlight the need for schools to develop a coherent view of what active participation means for children and a vocabulary to communicate about this not only with pupils and staff across the whole school, but also with parents. They demonstrate that there is scope for two-way support between parents and teachers in relation to the promotion of children's involvement in decision-making both at home and at school. Further, they illustrate the complex and evolving three-way partnership between parent–child–teacher that is central to the home–school relationship. While it is acknowledged that children may rightly wish to keep a distance between aspects of home and school life, it is argued that there is a need for schools to give explicit consideration to the place of pupil participation within the home–school relationship.  相似文献

Arts participation bears the threefold imprint of time: people's life stage (age), their earlier socializing imprint (cohort) and the historical circumstances of the moment (period). A proper understanding of these three effects is of great importance in understanding the present and future sizes and preferences of arts audiences. Such understanding implies disentangling those three effects properly, rather than overlooking or confusing them. 海峡西岸经济区民营企业构建企业篮球文化的研究

为探究海峡西岸经济区民营企业开展职工篮球运动的规律与特点,采用文献调研、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对民营企业构建企业篮球文化现状及影响因素等状况进行了调研。结果表明：民营企业以企业内部、上下游企业间、企业篮球联赛、赞助高校篮球赛、冠名或承办高水平篮球赛等形式参与开展篮球运动;企业以人事部门、工会、篮球协会等机构组织管理职工篮球运动;择优选拔与聘用队员与教练;以企业规模和人数投入经费与建设场地设施;企业对职工篮球运动的重视程度与职工参与程度较高。提出政府应宏观调控,企业要完善管理机制,加大经费投入与宣传力度等,为民营企业体育文化发展营造良好环境。  相似文献   

Inter‐firm Migration of Tacit Knowledge: Law and Policy1

Abstract

Much knowledge is diffused by the exchange of property rights in intangibles. But tacit knowledge, not being subject to property rights, is instead diffused by migration of knowledgeable individuals between firms. The law impacts significantly on this diffusion mechanism, in particular those rules that determine the use individuals may make of their tacit knowledge after migration to a different firm. The general principle underlying the relevant law is that individuals are free to migrate with all their tacit knowledge. Nonetheless there are some narrow exceptions to this principle. That these exceptions remain narrow and carefully policed by the courts is important because imposing too many restraints on use of tacit knowledge post‐term would have a negative impact on real innovation.  相似文献
